Active Solicitations
The
Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and
the State of Hawaii established a Cooperative Agreement to
support a broad spectrum of research in ocean sciences in the
State of Hawaii and to provide support for CEROS (the National
Defense Center of Excellence for Research in Ocean Sciences).

The objectives of the CEROS program are:
1.
Focus a core technical program on maritime military technology
needs,
2.
Facilitate innovative technical development and demonstrations,
3.
Solicit and support technically important projects with
transition potential,
4.
Enhance sustainable commercial technology capabilities in
Hawaii,
5.
Maintain program quality, control costs, and deliver results
CEROS solicits and supports innovative technologies for national
maritime military applications and sustained technology-based
economic development in Hawai'i.
CEROS Solicitations are also posted on the
State of Hawaii Procurement Office website,
which may also contain other relevant information for bidders.
